Rico admitting in the episode that he had tasted penguin was definitely an unexpected moment. I wonder what the circumstances were. Rico briefly had Skipper's flipper in his mouth in "All Choked Up" when he went to swallow the time bomb Skipper was holding, however. I suppose we could technically interpret this as having "tasted penguin"βand in a much more acceptable way than having actually consumed penguin meat.
