A little peek at my sketchbook

I’m currently in the works of creating my own series. Right now I’m working on trying to simplify my characters down into basic shapes (though I didn’t quite do that on the right lol).

On the left is the antagonist, Alistair: a dark-magic wielding supervillain-wannabe. There’s really two sides to him: nonchalant, and insane (as if he’s two different people). He doesn’t care for food, but he can down a plate of glazed peach scones in seconds. On the right is his brother, George: a light-magic wielding superhero. He may not look like it, but he has a few tricks up his sleeve. Other than fighting bad guys, completing all of the crossword puzzles in the daily paper is his favorite pastime.

I’m not sure what I want to do with it yet, but I’ll figure it out 🤷‍♀️
