Today is another prompt from BlackWolfStar15 's Inktober list. For this entry, I thought of a lot of things to associate weather with - Elsa's icy powers from Frozen, a heavy rain and hail storm, you name it. But in the end, I just decided to make a big cloud with all different forms of weather - since weather is unpredictable.
