This is by far my favourite piece of League of Legends fanart, not just because Jinx is my favorite character, but the art is unbelievably perfect!

Well actually, it's not so much in the smile that gives off the crazy look. Even though a broader smile would help, what I think would make her look that extra bit more energetic and crazy would be how widely open her eyes are.
Take the Overly Attached Girlfriend meme for a good 'crazy' example.
Broad smile, and wide open eyes, just enough to leave eye whites all around the Iris.
It's just something I thought I could help with.
Anything else I can't help with, because it's way over the level of what I could dream of doing.
