I like it, but I feel like there are some anatomy issues.
It seems she has a very short forehead, and also her arm seems shorty, almost like her forearm is directly attached to her shoulder.
Besides, love the sparkle effects

There is nothing wrong with the anatomy.
Human face is is as large as an open palm. If you apply that rule here, everything checks out.
The forearm looks like it is directly attached to the shoulder, because the hair and spell effects obscure the rest of the arm. If you look closely, you can actually see where her elbow is.
