This is less of a theory and more of an idea for the final chapter of Bendy and the Ink Machine.
And if it turns out to be true then I'll just be here freaking out.

In the chapter five trailers, we see that Henry is in the deepest part of the studio, where all the ink has collected into a lake with even a boat to get around. In the first trailer, we here the boat but we also here a low sound. People have speculated that there is something living in the ink stream. And I think know who it is, Wally Franks. Yes, this guy's gotten a bunch of theories on him but based on previous characters and designs I think he might be what's in the inky depths of the studio.

First we need to look at the various characters in the game, each of them has become some form of an ink character or amalgamation. The best evidence of this is with Susie Angel, Allison Angel and Bertrum Piedmont, especially Piedmont. Susie became a distorted version of the character she loved where as Allison is the perfect version of said character. Both were voice actresses for Alice Angel. Bertrum was in charge of the BendyLand theme park but after being corrupted by the ink, he became a giant carousel ride that tries to kill you. It's proven that any major character in the story became a part of what they worked on.

So where does that leave Wally? Well, first, despite being an engineer he was still the studio's janitor cleaning up the messes. Most likely with a mop of plunger. Now what kind of creature could we expect in inky depths of the studio? A whale, a shark or maybe an octopus. It's possible since in the Bendy run mobile game one of the enemies is an octopus. Now, considering the fact that any major characters become a part of their creations, tools etc. Considering that Wally is the most well known character behind Bendy and Henry, it would be amazing if he was a boss. And his design, a giant Octopus! An amalgamation with one his janitorial tools. I imagine that the mop would be the best fit but the plunger has been more common place in the game.

Anyway, this was a fun idea I had for the final chapter and even if it isn't true I'm still curious as to what happened to Mr Franks. Whether he becomes a boss, the perfect bendy, a helpful lost soul or even providing an escape route.
