A Lovable, naïve goofball. Chipple does his best to bring smiles to others when he can, as well as always have a smile on his own face. He usually rushes into things with the enthusiasm of a puppy and is willing to help where he can. However this over eagerness can make him come off as annoying, even if he means well.
But one thing that wyngrew don't know how to explain about Chipple is that he often just stares into the distance. Either waving or talking to either an imaginary friend or entity. (He can see past the fourth wall)
