Nickie's pet rattlesnakeHe generally acts like a quiet guard dog
He likes getting pet and cuddled by Nickie
But stays around his neck to protect Nickie as best he can
If Slithers sees you as a threat he will shake his rattle as a warning until either you leave or Nickie assures him that you are friendly

Slow rattle-Akin to a dog wagging its tail/content and happy
One quick rattle-Angry or peeved
Silent-Sleeping or about to strike(Slithers has no venom but his bite is terribly painful)
