Suit Designation: Seraphim

Description: After the destruction of Albion at the hands of Za'vara, Magnum needed to replace the loss of the power armor with a far more capable unit, one that could fight against the ancient race as well. By using data from the skirmish, the end result is the Seraphim which is deemed to be the first suit to fight against mystics but also by being a hybrid between the two technologies.

Development: The creation of the Seraphim is one even more complex then the Albion, this is due to overhauling the Albion's design while incorporating mystic technology. For starters the tech given to Magnum was thoroughly analyzed and tested before determining the best way to apply it, the end result was to create a hybrid using characteristics of both as the way mystic tech functions is from the natural energy of the mystics themselves, therefore negating much of the need for a need to generate power of any mechanical means. This being said the anti-matter system that the Albion used was rebuilt, but everything else was extensively modified and upgraded, for a start the mystics way of energy conversion was placed in the wings, around the anti-matter system, in the legs, head and in the chest, this is to allow Magnum to influence the suit easier to to add his natural energy to certain attacks and also makes up the bulk of the armors body suit.

In terms of armor, uses the same materials found in mystic equipment, this durable material gives the suit ample protection against attacks and abilities done by mystics(in particular mystic foxes) and is aided by the energy distribution system as it forms a natural energy shield in response. In terms of weight it is on par with the Albion though the weight was shifted around to account for the new weapons and equipment, but despite being the same weight the Seraphim has an amazing power-to-weight ratio, as it can go up to three times faster then the Albion. To better account for this, more refined stablizers were created from the acquired tech, which would also lead to the development of the M-Battery Pack used in the Gypse MK II, Hummel, the Howling Crusader and the Howl of SIlver Reincarnation.

To compensate for the even higher performence, the Seraphim is equipped with better interfaces, inertia dampeners and improvements were done to the binder and gyro systems.

Weaponry and Equipment:

Buster Wrist Cannon: Mounted on the right forearm is the suits ranged weapon, the buster cannon is a scaled down version of the Albion's buster rifle, a single shot can destroy most targets with ease and a several shots can cripple and destroy capital ships. For aiming the weapon a camera is mounted on top in an armored shell and thanks to the heat sinks the weapon can be fired rapidly.

Solomon Shield: A new addition to Magnum's kit is the use of a shield, the Solomon Shield is a very advanced, mechanical shield that is effective at deflecting and blocking enemy fire, it can release an energy barrier that'll stop beam cannons, heavy weaponry and even mystic attacks much like the Seraphim's body shield.

Buster Rifle: The buster rifle of the Seraphim is a combination of the wrist cannon and shield, the former providing much of the barrel, sight and primary rail system while the latter provides most of the energy converter, housing, armor, grip and trigger system. Despite being smaller then the Albion's buster rifle is is just as if not more powerful thanks to the incorperation of mystic tech, as while it still uses the anti-matter powerplant to provide much of it's power, a mystic can transfer power to it at will and also has the same effective range of it's predacessor.

Power Sword: Like every one of Magnum's other power armors, the Seraphim's primary melee weapon is a solid sword, in fact it is a near copy of the Albion's with the added touch of mystic tech to aid it's cutting power.

Beam Sabers: A new addition to the mystic wolfs arsenal is the use of beam sabers, when not in use they are stored in the shield and can be stored or drawn from the shield or rifle mode.

Construction: Overall the construction of the Seraphim follows much of the Albion, but the introduction of the mystic tech and the choice of using hybrid systems gives the suit a more robust set-up. The most distinguishing difference is tahat the binders now ressemble angel wings thanks to better sythetic materials and advancments made in nano-tech, which greatly reduced the size of the grav-systems found in the original binders the Albion used, however this time they are there to counter G-forces while assisting mobility and not really to aid in protecting the suit though they do still have an effect on small arms, but the protection was provided by these systems is now down by the mystic tech now found in the armor.

The armor which is created from a composite of mystic materials and the armor the Albion used is extremely durable despite it's light weight and can withstand most heavy weapons with ease, which range from anti-tank weapons to even direct hits from heavy artillery shells, though the extent of how long it can withstand such punishment is unknown.

The issue however with the Seraphim is that like the Albion and by extension the Prescience, the Seraphim is made up of a lot of prototype tech, mystic technology and is hard to maintain as a result given the rare materials that make the power armor what it is. And being the power armor is made to counter mystic opponants it has raised concerns within the Mystic Alliance, especially since Magnum has already begun work on mass production versions of the hybrid tech and other ways of capturing mystic energy even in a warzone, with schmatics, sample equipment and prototypes having already found their way into multiple Knight Orders in order to try act as a deterent against the Alliance should it or any that fall under it's banner get any ideas.

Naming of the Seraphim: In terms of naming the power armor, Magnum decided to name it in honor and reference to his mother Farryn, in fact the Seraphim's project designation is R-216 Farryn in it's early concept and prototype stages.
