hello! <3
i made this cute base the other day~ it was inspired by @/Pikiru ~
i loved how she was putting the 90's style eyes on her adoptables so i wanted to make my own base with my style eyes. c:
people in my patreon seemed to like it so i thought i'd post it for sale~
it's a really fun base to play around with~ i hope you guys like it! <33
the base comes with transparent and non transparent .png files.
and a .sai and .psd file with the eye coloring already added and the "static" i use~
