Fenrir is the God of Wolves, Canines, Snow, Hunting, Resilience, and the Moon. Fenrir was a Lupin, a species of intelligent talking wolves. He born as the runt of his liter, weak, partially blind and without a tail. Fenrir was cast out of his pack and left to fend for himself, he grew sick and weak from hunger, and was on Death's door. He was stumbled upon by a little boy kitsune named Rinari who cut off and gave him one of his own tails to eat, which restored him to full strengthz gave him the ability to turn into a human, and made him a god just like him. The two boys became inseparable best friends afterwards. Fenrir began to realize that he could use his new power to help everyone who was weak and helpless like he used to be. He wanted absolute power to take over the world, believing he could end oppression of the weak by doing so. Fenrir went his way to Vanaheim to take the power of Jordrasil, which would give him absolute power. Rinari found out about this and went to put a stop to him, he pleaded with his friend to not go through with this, but Fenrir refused to listen. So they were forced to fight each other, the two fought nonstop for several weeks until Rinari eventually won. Rinari bound him in near unbreakable chains and then tossed imprisoned him in a discreet location in Niflheim. Over 2 decades, Rinati tried everything to convince him that he was doing the wrong thing, but Fenrir wouldn't yield, after Rinari left for the final time, Fenrir said if he ever escaped he would kill him. A tanuki named Danzou stumbled upon his prison and freed him from his chains, promptly afterward, Fenrir devoured him, which made his power grow. Fenrir believed that if he ate enough magical folk he would eventually be strong enough to beat Rinari, he hunted down and consumed every mage, frost giant, kitsune, and tanuki he could find. The influx of power made him grow as large as a mountain. This time he rallied his people and once again made his way to the World Tree, and was confronted by Rinari and an army of kitsunes. Rinari wasn't going to hold anything back this time and the two fought on last time in an epic battle. They both landed fatal blows on each other by tearing off one another's tails. Their bodies exploded in bursts of light, and their spirits ascended into the sky, forming a wolf and a fox constellation. The energy released from Fenrir's body gave all his kind the power to transform into humans. It's said that Fenrir and Rinari are still fighting each other in the spirit world.
