Name while being a witch: Sacerdos

Reason of the name” “Sacerdos” means in Latin ”Priest”. Ernet wanted to be priest. In her country religion was persecuted and because of that she was unable to take that role. That name means a lot for her because of that.

Ernet came from poor family who owned a church and graveyard around it. Girl grew up around religion and church. She was always interested in it. Her father named Nikonov was graveyard keeper and a priest. But unlike his wife, he wasn’t the most religious person. Nikonov enjoyed more being a graveyard keeper then priest. He preferred spending time alone or with his family then people from his parish. Girl asked a lot of things about his job. It flattered him. Ernet was definitely his favorite child even when he didn’t want to say that. Because of that her siblings(two older brothers named Chadov and Myshelov) didn’t like her that much. Her mother wasn’t really important in her life. Stepnova was more close with her brothers then her. Woman was elegant person and she wanted to be appreciated. It wasn’t something bad at first but with time she started flirt with older men who visited the church. Her husband ignored that. He didn’t want to cause drama in front of a children but also he didn’t felt the same thing that he felt long ago. Their love disappeared but they decided to stay together for children. Sacerdos learned quickly and tried to help her parents as much as she could. Young lady started to discover her magic abilities. She could manipulate fire to some extent. Even if her powers weren’t the most impressing thing in the world, they were something special to her. Ernet used them set candles in church, set water for dinner and other similar things. Her father and mother weren’t scared of her because they knew she would not use them for bad. Girl understand they are working really hard to keep their family together. But unfortunately new authorities started ruling the country. New ruler started changing the land. He ordered to burn all the churches and many other things. Someday unknown men came to their land. They look rather freighting. Their cold eyes scared the girl. She somewhat knew nothing good will come with this. Men started set on fire the church. Nikonov started fighting and screaming to everyone to back off. New comers quickly silenced him when they shot him on the leg. Everyone was shocked. His wife ran to her husband to see if he is even alive. Man was shaking because of the pain. His children were just standing and looking at this. Ernet wanted to ran an fight but the oldest of them, Chadov quickly stopped her. She wasn’t the one person who was mad because this. Some people started screaming and shouting the men aren’t welcome here, they ruined their land. Men just started shoot to them. Some people fall dead on the ground. Fight began and the fire started becoming much bigger. When nobody was looking girl rushed into her family’s house. She started grabbing things to take with her. Ernest knew the fire can burn their house down because it was so close. Eventually everything started burning and the exit collapsed. Sacerdos with bible in hand started praying to God to save her. Her face was filled with tears. She heard the men were shooting to furious people, the screams were so scary. When she opened her eyes again, girl saw dark red cat with big grin on it’s face. Sacerdos was really shocked when animal asked if she want to live. She with confusion asked how he could help her. In funny voice cat said they must just do the deal and nothing more. Girl accepted the offer because she didn’t wanna die, just not yet. Cat showed her other exit almost before the house collapsed. Girl carried in her hand a bible, rosary and father’s old sword. She was mad and furious. Cat was slowly following her. When Ernet went to the place she left her family, she was shocked. The silence was breaking her and view of bodies everywhere made her cry. Those men were still there, they were looking at flames consuming the church. Sacerdos couldn’t stop her anger, she wanted revenge. Girl quickly used magic to set one man’s cloth in fire. It worked his horse shacked him of its back immanently. Other “visitors” wanted to help him but flames barred the man. He was screaming when he begged for his life. When girl stepped forward, her hands covered in small bands of fire the remaining one’s started retreat. Their eyes were filled with fear. They didn’t saw something similar like that. One of them tried to shot her but, he missed. When Sacerdos raised her hand showing she will attack once more, their started running away on their horses. She was left completely alone, around dead bodies. Even the man stopped screaming.

Girl after talk with her new friend decided to get out from this place. It was pretty reasonable because men who escaped will call for reinforcements. She and cat started looking for horse what run away scared of fire. They found him in the woods, next to the small river. Girl just jumped on a horse and started riding away. She was still crying so cat was trying to cheer her up a bit. Cat promised her he will not leave her. He said she can named him whatever she liked, so she chose Nikonov, after her father. Cat was pretty weak but funny demon. He tried to help her learn new magic tricks but eventually they set on creating potions. They were like a team, really good one. He was her companion to her death. Cat knew Ernet will seek revenge after this. He wasn’t sure if it will be a good idea, but he helped her anyway. They were now friends, friends who can count only on each other. For Sacerdos it wasn’t a bad thing, she didn’t want to lose somebody else. For many years she was teaching religion and protected people who were also against authorities. She was known as religious witch.

She died in small fight. Men under authorities wanted also burned down the church. Ernet she started fighting against them. Some people joined them and hell broke loose. Blood was everywhere, and fire was burning down houses that were closer to the church. That fight took place for around two days. Girl hoped everything will turn good for her people. Eventually soldiers attacked with more force and it broke the barriers. Everyone started shooting and each other. Ernet’s people were hiding behind poles, trees, whatever could protect them. People were losing hope, but they tried to fight. Maybe god would help them in that journey. Nikonov tried to help out, but he was after all just useless cat. He died, when one man shot him. History: He was really young demon. Nikonov didn’t have a name until he met Ernet. Cat saw her when he was just wondering around, as usual. She was pretty interesting for him. He saw Sacerdos is pretty young witch who is trying to take control over her powers. Most of the time it was successful because she wasn’t that much talented in magic. Cat never walked to talk with her, but he was just staring at her when Ernet worked. He saw the opportunity to talk when the girl was trapped in a house. He wanted to just befriend her. He wanted to made a deal to make sure she will not leave him. Nikonov couldn’t afford that. He was pretty social person so being alone made him pretty sad. Demon decided to stay with a girl and take care of her, be her new family. It was a thing they both needed. Their friendship was pretty awesome. Sacerdos never leaved him for someone. He actually helped her with choosing the name. She wanted to just cut of the memories tided to her name. Start something new and better. Nikonov understand that, he wanted to help of course. But his name was small remanider what happened some time ago. Cat had small complex. As a animal he couldn’t help as much. But Ernet always would say he would not be as funny as a humanoid demon. He died to protect his friend and somewhat of a sister. Their bond was strong so they could die for one another and they did.

-Actually he hates naps and likes to move around really much.

-He hates summer because there is really hot outside. Too hot for him.
