Description
"While he drove, Uncle Vernon complained to Aunt Petunia. He liked to complain about things: people at work, Harry, the council, Harry, the bank, and Harry were just a few of his favorite subjects. This morning, it was motorcycles."... roaring along like maniacs, the young hoodlums," he said, as a motorcycle overtook them.
I had a dream about a motorcycle," said Harry, remembering suddenly. "It was flying." Uncle Vernon nearly crashed into the car in front. He turned right around in his seat and yelled at Harry, his face like a gigantic beet with a mustache: "MOTORCYCLES DON'T FLY!" Dudley and Piers sniggered."

I -may- or -may not- have used a photo I took in Disney World for the background... because I didn't want to draw one. :S I didn't realize until the last minute that *gasp* none of them were wearing seat belts, so I added them in last minute. Thus, they look funny.

Vernon guess began predicting Harry's speeches, but Dursley fate, it was like Dudley, Harry's cousin became more positive, as a child it was like piglet, but as an adult it became positive and married a muggle woman and had two children, when Harry's cousin sent them to a regular school for muggles.Β Rowling had told and revealed what was the fate of Dudley.

Ah, thank goodness SOMEONE is covering those awesome Dursley car scenes in this book! Right up there with, "Harry was talking to it, weren't you, Harry?"

I've had this one in my favorites for awhile now, but never commented. For shame!
As some others have said, I think you've depicted the characters really well here. Petunia's over-abundance of neck and Vernon's lack of one, coupled with Piers' rat-face and Dudley as a blond pig in a wig. And, of course, Harry is adorable. The only thing I would slightly question here is what the adults are wearing; seems a bit much to be going to the zoo, but maybe they made it an occasion because of Duddykins' birthday? I love how you did their hunched shoulders; that's right in line with how I'd picture their initial 'what?!'
So glad you don't mind all my comments, I'm on a bit of a roll here. :-P

Thanks! I wondered about their clothes too, but I eventually decided that people as concerned with appearances as Vernon and Petunia probably wouldn't pass up any chance to try to come off as superior to everyone else through dress- even at the zoo. Plus, they just didn't look right in sweaters and jeans.

This is really, really good.
All the characters on there are almost exactly how I pictured them in the books, especially Aunt Petunia. With her long, horse like face. Plus, I think Harry's face is cute
Well done

Lovely! Although Dudley and Vernon could be a bit more porky, I appreciate that you made Petunia the way she was actually supposed to look!

Thanks! Ha, I had tried to make Dudley at least a little wider, but I ran into some anatomy problems with him sitting that I couldn't figure out. Oops.

Who needs seatbelts anyway! D:<
I love how much a distinction you make between Petunia and Vernon's body types. XD Usually you see people just drawing all the same bodies and then sticking mildly different faces on heads with hair styled slightly differently, and that is so terribly boring. : )

Thank you! It's more fun to draw the different body types, as well as more fun to look at them.
