Here is the download for the MMD file of a 3D Chakram for Axel from Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days.
Axel alreadu has a pair of official chakrams named the 'Conformer', but I felt incomplete if I did not also give him Yuffie's ultimate weapons - the Wutai Conformers!!
There are a few sliders in case you wish to animate the weapon.
Modelled by me on blender and textured using photoshop using the in game screenshots as reference.
