Description
Here are a few instances, clockwise from left to right, of the sorceress Keiko Yamamoto demonstrating her use of magic: conjuring fireballs from her hands, turning seedlings into tall trees with a horizontal hand-wave, using her hands to cast spells made of molten rock to be hurled at potential attackers, and using her staff to cast stunning-spells made of icy water to deter monsters standing in her way. And since she has control over the four elements, the instances shown also correspond to her control of one or two of them: Fire in the form of fireballs, Earth in the form of creating entire forests out of patches of seedlings, a mixture of both elements used to create magma for destructive spells, and Water in the form of spells used to freeze enemies to death.
I’m soon be exploring more of Keiko’s magical powers in future sketches like this.
