This is coming, by the by, from a fan of Makani's art. She is talented beyond belief, and I like this piece very much [the scene deserves some spoofing], especially Ginny's expression as she draws back. I believe, however, that people are free to express their opinions, be it a positive or negative opinion. Negative reviews are part and parcel of all artistic endeavours, and comments like Seth Cobain's are really no different than some of the reviews given by professional critics in magazines [you've read movie reviews, I'm sure, where everything but the kitchen sink is attacked or ridiculed in a movie the critic didn't like].
So, really, the best thing to do is not pay comments like that much mind. He/She has a right to not like this deviation. She/He even has a right to be rude, as odd as that may sound.
