I adore it!  Wonderful use of textures and silhouette and putting things where they shouldn't be / removing things for that creep-factor.  There's not much else to do to push it... had to sit and really study it to find things to nit-pick.  And I mean SUPER NIT-PICK MODE ACTIVATE.  You know I adore your work and you're able to draw in ways that I can't and I wouldn't be able to make something this cool in a million years.

First and most major in my opinion would be the legs.  The forms aren't very clear yet.  On his two left legs, or the one in front and on the far right from our point of view, I can see the anatomy of a human leg with him standing on his toes.  The other two legs lack that heel joint, I can't find it in silhouette nor through highlights/form.  And for his front legs where they attach, it feels like the front shoulders of a quadruped...but the anatomy from there doesn't follow that.  On the right front leg it's fine because there's no heel joint so it flows more like a quadruped leg.  But the left front leg with the heel has an extra joint so it just feels a little off.  The back right leg, or just the one in the far back to be more clear, has a joint going in the opposite direction from the other 3 legs.  These are all just observations on small differences between them that make them feel a little incoherent.  Finding a way to bind them all anatomically will add a greater sense of unity plus help clarify what's going on down there.  Personally, the way you have the 4 set up reminds me of a spider, which would be another interesting element to consider anatomically so it doesn't feel like the legs are working so hard at the 'feet' to keep him up.

Following that train of thought, my second thing would just be cleaning up the vague areas.  Not counting the legs, the harness round the belly-mouth is lacking definition at the same level as the straps on his body, and they're all supposed to be part of the same 'garment' I'm guessing.  Other possible areas to push farther detail-wise would be his right hand and the interior of the belly-mouth.  His head and torso and left arm are all so wonderfully detailed that the rest doesn't seem quite finished yet.

And just story-wise...it's a little weird that there's so much blood on his belly-mouth and none on the abdomen-appendages.  That's super-minor though, and also super easy to toss in if you feel so inclined.  I know it will take away the cool contrast between the pale appendage and the dark harness...but it seems unusually clean is all.

holy shit this looks amazingly badass! he looks more scary then the necromorphs from dead space! and he looks like he will fuck up any one who will get in his way!. O.O but i gotta say he can really be in a horror video game! i'm a big fan of the mouth you put there!. you did a great job on this!
