In this alternate dark timeline, Commander Tartar succeed in Sanitisation of the whole world, but it goes horribly wrong as during the eradication of all life, his weapon unearthed mutants that was lying dormant below the caves.
Within days, the mutants along aside the sanitized Octolings & Inklings took over the world and only 10% surviving citizens are struggling to survive this dark world.

Jack & Desti are on their way back from their package delivery when they both saw the sanitized Octolings and one poisonous zombie. They hid and are deciding whether to attack or sneak around them.
