Yo I'ma lay this advice down nice 'n easy
First off, you need to EXAGERATE the character's body, say a more slender stickman build like Jack's, TB style ain't just big o' eyes.
Second, you're just really too cliche with the colours, it's just the same colours in the AT show, you could make his skin dark faded blue and his shirt bright red ( & w/ grey splotches to make it look like he sucked out some'a the red) but avoid plucking the exact colour pallete.
Third,TB's all about the creepy atomsphere, but it's missing here, like take the 2 earlier elements and add some spooky-half-dead flare to it.
I ain't the best at crictism but i hope this halps
