I've always thought Envy would look terribly sexy in a Nazi uniform. I don't know what it is with me and Nazi uniforms. The swastika is so bold, so terrifying, yet it is its darkness that draws me to it. Not to say that I condone Nazism; I am very, very anti-hatred but I just love Nazi imagery. It's so powerful, and it pulls at you, just like religious imagery. I love using these powerful symbols because it adds SO much volume but some people cannot see past the visual and well, I'm prepared to face any bashing or such.But I really like the idea of Envy as a Nazi. Soooo evil. <3 And it would fit in with the show too! Won't say any more because of spoilers, though.

Well, technically envy is in Germany based off the movie, 'The conquest of Shamballa'. Plus if he was able to transform in that world to be human, I bet he would become a nazi since they were starting their rioting and stuff.

Why not just enjoy the swastika for its original meaning before nazis got to it and killed such a beautiful symbol. It is put on many ancient temples that where for the gods and this symbol was one of peace and serenity. I think you might like that one more( I HOPE lol)

yeah man I have a uniform fetish too and the NSDAP had the BEST uniforms ever imho. Especially the SS allegemeine uniforms, those are fuckin sexy. Older U.S. Army uniforms too, I'm not so crazy about the current ones because they have the most fucking hideous camo pattern I've ever fucking seen and that ruins it for me. The Spetsnaz had pretty good ones too, especially the camo pattern. The leter WWI era Heer uniforms were nice too, but I attribute that to my more specific trenchcoat fetish. Or sub-fetish, as it may be.
Yeah, the Nazi's were interesting as fuck. While I may not support them or agree with their beliefs, I believe in credit where credit is due and they did have some good ideas and some positive effects on the world as a whole. But I'm not gonna get into all my alternative history theories or I would be here all night.

I'm sorry, but i really feel that swastikas shouldn't be drawn no matter if they're used in a 'bold' kind of way. the swastika does not represent anything good, nor will it ever. This insignia was used to display murderers, and used to justify their actions. I like the picture besides that, and i will not fave it because of it. You're an excellent artist, but u made a very poor choice in choosing to incorporate the Nazi's insignia with your piece.

Stop sniffing glue and look up facts. The Nazi's weren't really racist, they just needed a scapegoat. The swastika is a symbol, nothing more, and anyone who is offended by a symbol used in a non-offensive setting is an oversensitive fuckwit.
