Description
This is a whersport, a creature mentioned a grand total of one time in Anne McCaffrey's Pern series and given next to no description whatsoever. I decided to make it a small, flightless dog-like carnivore.Ballpoint pen

I really like how you drew it.
I don't know if I remember reading about these, it's been awhile since I've read the books.
But I really enjoy your penmanship.

I think I remember this being mentioned. Which book was that in again?

...Dragondrums? Maybe? Piemur and Sharra roasted one on a spit in one of the books in which they appear.

Whoops, link messed up. Just check the wiki if you want to know the story of both game books.

That's right, but they're also very briefly mentioned in the Dragonlover's Guide to Pern, which suggests Benden Weyr hunts them, and also in Dragonfire - one of the two Pern game books; synopsis here [link] (Crossroads) - where Mirrim finds a dead one southeast of Cove Hold.

Pretty sure it was Dragon Drums when Sharra and Pieter meet. Could be wrong though. Maybe it was Sharra and Jaxom in The White Dragon.
