>their friendship crumbled when alastor snapped, in which the latter flew into a blind rage that ultimately ended her life. oh, he ate her too.

>chiyo has never forgiven millicent for what he did. was an anxious mess for the first few years since she died. but she's happy that she's in heaven; far, far away from the murderer she once called her best friend. she is unaware of millicent's current status in hell for the moment

>very very lowkey has a desire to take vengeance against al, but realizes it'd be more of a suicide note since she doesnt know hell very well. or how worse of a person her former friend has become.

>this is more of a 'what-if' verse than anything but,, chiyo would fall into a massive breakdown should she ever discover the radio demon's reputation. 10/10 would be the one ripping his vocal cords out in this scenario, out of fear of what he could do with all that power and her own personal grudge...knows she cannot return to heaven for this and chooses self-exile. she is not v emotionally stable here.
