I'm suddenly thinking of Cid Highwind from FF7. Got the same cocky look. Kudos on making him like human Vector by making his shirt and jacket dark and light green respectively. And of course, the chain necklace. The soles on the boots are mighty impressive.

Very nicely done. You gave alot of depth and realism to his body. Fantastic anatomy and colors too. I like the sort of unfinished sketchy background. =]

The name of software I used is Painter Classic.
It's a limited feature version of Painter came with my tablet.
On this software, I only can paint by air brush tool because it doesn't have layer function, and can't choose blend mode.
Probably, Oekaki bbs is more superior than this one.
