It's Minato~~~~ The Yellow Flash of the Leaf and everyone's favorite Hokage (seriously it is impossible not to like him.....) but here he is in black and white.

I'm still practicing with animation, since this obviously isn't like WOAH and all, but I think I'm getting alittle better :3

Since I don't have Adobe flash he would have been moving at like one frame per five minutes but if I ever do get Flash I probably will color this xD
