This is my concept of what Jeff The Killer looked like when he became a serial killer while he was a human.

The scars from chemical burns on his face and the cuts in his mouth. Due to the burns from the chemicals, he had a major problem with his scalp, causing a lot of his hair to fall out, and injuring his eyelids, almost leaving him without eyelids and causing him to lose 20% of his vision, making his eyes dry out. His nose was completely deformed next to his lips, with one side of Jeff's lips having a larger opening than the other side.

In my concept of Jeff The Killer's Creepypasta, after Jeffrey kills his parents and four other people, he dies two weeks later because of the scars and lack of medical care.

After his death he became a murderous spirit who is called Ghost Killer, which explains why Jeff's nature seems to be so supernatural, as there is his ghost.
