Phwew! There, I finally finished it.~2 weeks since I started her, here she is - Fidget! the plush :3
The whole process was quite the adventure. I mean it went from toilet paper and ducktape, to lots of bits and pieces, that looked like a crime scene after a bombing, to it looking like I caught and skinned a nimbat... and it all ended with me filling her all up with white stuff... Ah, good times *lights a fake cigar* good times.
And then the disappointment sets in. Anyone with perfectionism will know what I'm talking about - even though it's pretty much my first plushie, I became very unhappy with how it looks....
Too fat in places, weird looking face, failed ears, odd wings.... ah well - next time I think I'll steer clear of faux fur and stay with only fleece... it sheds much less
Anyhow, you can judge the size by the picture on the left, that's a 30 centimeter ruler next to her
Or by the one on the right, where my HUMONGOUS left hand is in the shot c:
So there you go, I can now snuggle the F*CK out of an adorable nimbat ... all night long >:3

Well if you dont call that a well made piece of art then i dont know what is i thought you had gotten one of the limited edition dolls that were said to have come out but when i read that you handmade it well i have nothing to give you but my envy congrats jealousy and if i could my money too i dont see where the areas are fat at or any of the other abnormalities you speak but i guess seeing it in a picture is different than seeing in real life but enough of me rambling excellent work on making your first doll

This plush is really good and amazing considering that you never made one before! It sort of parallels with how Dean wanted to make a game and he had no experience programming but came up with something amazing anyway. I think you did a great job with the shape of the face and nose. And the ears and hair are done really well too. I think if you kept making plushes you could get really amazing with it!

Over the course of the game I fell in love with this adorable little nimbat ( okay, okay, I fell in love with all the characters ) and just HAD to make a plushy... so I could keep it Forever
And yes, Dean's game is just great. Easily at the top of the "best games I've ever played" list. Great characters, lovely visuals, music that I listen to quite often... and the lovable humor from Fidget ;D ( Fidget: Quick, mash buttons! xD )
The game was a real treat. I REALLY hope Dean has plans for continuing the story, especially a sequel to this game. Also I've seen some shots of a movie - is that going to be made/finished? Also heard some rumors about a "limited edition Fidget doll" - any truth to those? :3

when i got the game on my xbox i fell in love with her, and when they made fun of her when they made the doll i was like going "aahh dont be so mean to Fidget " and that moment i wanted to hug her so tightly

Actually, Dean has apparently been talking to people about making a limited run of official Nimbat dolls. Cool, huh? If that ever comes to fruition I'll probably have to get one.
