If your intent is to criticize the system and not insult each and every cop, say something like “fix the system” or “cops who use brutality are bastards” instead.

Whether you want to believe it or not, there are good cops out there who don’t use excessive force, and who save lives. In fact, they are actually a reason you ungrateful fucks are even alive! It’s only the bad cops, who do use brutality, who injure or kill people without good reason, or who carry out punishments that are too harsh or unusual, that are bastards. So fuck this phrase.
