Maximus may not use the primary moveset of a normal pokemon, however these are his 4 primary attacks if he used it. Keep in mind he can combine these attacks to create unique and dangerous combos.

Swordplay:
Unsheaths a sword and enables a large array of sword attacks, his favorite is Combo Slash, in which he spins in a circle with his sword vertically twice and then does a large uppercut. This move's largest scare was 5 deaths.

Thunderbolt:
Harnesses his gene and then strikes a large stream of electricity towards the opponent, Can be launched by the sword's tip.

Dragontip Pulse:
Since his sword is a unique Dragontip Katana, Maximus learnt how to activate the sword's energy and strike it as a burning, blue beam or pulse. The attack also enables Maximus to launch a long, large wave to hit all opponents while doing lethal damage. It can burn the opponent harshly.

Grapple:
Lunges at the opponent and chooses a vereity of physical strikes or can grapple the opponent skybound or earthbound.

Some combination attacks can be moves like Electric Bomb, (Grapple + Thunderbolt) or Raging Dragon (Swordplay + Grapple)

Forms taken and kept:

Eainok Harkoyl:
A dark side of Maximus in which he goes inside himself and lets his rage combust. In this form, Maximus looks the same. However instead he is surrounded in a dark red energy considered to be the rage. Eainok is also Maximus's true name, however Maximus hid it and kept Maximus as his cover name. Eainok cannot faint and all of his moves can rip an enemy in two or be sliced into hundreds of pieces.

Mega Evolution:
Due to a weird permanant symptom he received as a child and a nuclear accident in a town, Maximus was capable of mega evolving himself. The electric gene is involved with the sword's electric production, so his wings in this form become giant blades heavily resembling enormous San Frequencies without the handle. His swords are capable of doing rapid movements and spin attacks, and even combo and link more moves together. The ME only lasts for so long however.

God of the Latis
After an accidental battle, Maximus somehow managed to take out the Latis creator and harnessed his energy. After a freak accident 5 minutes later, it was all taken away. Leaving a small sliver of the energy left to enable him to take the form of him as a majestic creature of creation. Not only Maximus gets an upgrade, but his sword as well. It becomes the strongest blade in existance. Heavenly Edge. This form is activated rarely after Maximus faints, and obtains 4 new attacks. Lusteraig Pulse, a heavily upgraded version of Luster Purge, Enraged Storm, a heavily upgraded version of Mist Ball, God's Remorse, and Aftershock. His old abilities, are now heavily amplified as well.
