They also need the need the help of SMG4. He took Team Octoposse, SLG4, Rob, JubJub, Belle, Axol, Mario and Luigi. They also brought Beta Francis.(Oh also... they accidently arrested Retail Axol, thinking it was really Beta Axol. He is saved by his friends and the Metropolice released Axol.)
