Description
I drew Rouge as Ultmecia in her clothes. Ultimecia is from Final Fantasy VIII. I was going to draw Ultimecia's wings on Rouge, so instead I drew her bat wings. I am not really good at drawing wings with feathers on them. I didn't want to give Rouge the wings because when I draw Sonic crossovers with Final Fantasy characters, I don't want to give the Sonic characters all that final fantasy look. The bat wings on Rouge are a part of who she is.
