Description
Jigglypuff have very elastic skin and are filled throughout with inflatable air bladders, some of which fill with hydrogen created during Jigglypuff digestion, allowing it to lift off the ground. Jigglypuff never mature past this adolescent stage without the presence of certain elements, commonly found in the mineral Moon Stone.

Igglybuff are young and helpless, only able to inflate a little bit. Their eyes have yet to develop pigment, and instead appear red, which you cannot tell in this picture.
