Wow this one great! I love detail illustration with pen and I really like your style! I often use 0.05 pen to draw, it's more fun on the detail part but very tiring. hahaha. but I still need more practice to go and I'm not as good as you though
Good job!

I use a pilot 0.4 pen for all my drawings. It's the finest one I found actually and it's pretty cheap here. the 0.05 must be tiny
Thank you very much!

It might not look that way but I'm not a very patient person and I take many brakes when I draw, I got used to it over time
Thank you!

Reminds me of the illustrations in Shel Silverstein's books.

It was just twilight when they arrived at Astridβs and her parents had gathered the whole town, to wish on the first star for their daughter to come home safe. When all of the sudden out of the ground came a gargantous Radu. Every one in town scattered and ran away screaming, βRun for your lives!β

I love it!! - what pens do you use?

MaNishma In reply to HannahChapman [2006-04-29 18:57:19 +0000 UTC]
Thanks! I have a 0.1 pen and a 0.4 pen, they basically have the same thickness but the 0.4 one is darker. I tried to use a speedball pen but it didn't work- Ive never managed to use it effectively and it takes very long.

Thats sort of the same for me - I have pens ranging from 0.1 to 0.5 and then various sized markers for big spaces.
