I made some fangs out of polymer clay once, although they diddn`t look any were near as good as the once you made

How does someone get this done to their teeth?

The key is finding a qualified artisan. Do NOT allow anyone to put dental acrylic straight on your teeth! As in the only acrylic to touch your own teeth is a finished or near finished peace. It can burn your enamel, and kill your teeth, if uncured acrylic putty is applied to them. (Flexacryle is the exception, it's a soft liner).
I don't recommend having permanent ones either, I'm not saying they don't exist, but that the hand full I've seen have been embarrassingly crude.
Can you tell I made teeth for too long 
Wish I had photos of the Underworld teeth (first one) I tell ya, there were alot of teeth in that movie, and only two of us making them.
