So it's Orochimaru and Danzo fault as usual. What did Orochimaru offer her power and she took it. So really Sakura is a puppet now like how sephiroth called cloud in dissida.

The fanfic takes place in an alternate universe where Sasuke is a female, so the events are different from the ones in the canon story, if I'm not mistaken.
The one who did this to Ino was Sakura, who in the fic is the one to turn to the dark side.
Still, I'm sure jgresidenevil , the commissioner and author of the fanfiction, will be able to clear your doubts better than I can.

I think you should ask him directly, as I may distort his opinions or fail to relate them properly.
I do think he likes Hinata though, since in the story she's an important character.
Again, I haven't read the story, but it's an alternate universe, so a lot of the characters are different from their canon counterparts.
So I wouldn't say the Sakura in his story is the same as the Sakura from the original anime/manga.

... I'll pass. 2 chapters in and I realized it was a Sakura bashing fic. Yes, Sakura was bad in the beginning, however she started to see Naruto differently and changed herself during the Chunin exams. You just pulled the same thing many Harry Potter fans that shipped Harry and Hermione did by making Ron out to be a Death Eater. Ino was just as obsessed with Sasuke as Sakura was, but Sakura is the only one called out on it. Not to mention she never called Naruto a monster, she called him a troublemaker for the pranks he pulled all the time. So let me guess.... Sakura's obsession is overplayed to the point that Sasuke rips into her and causes her to go rogue out of revenge?

I don't care. I've read enough stories like this to see where it's going. Sakura never talked bad about Hinata, let alone call her a white-eyed freak. She NEVER made fun of Naruto for being an orphan and she never disrespected Iruka like that. You're putting Sakura into a point of no return to the point she has to be put down. She was never that malicious.
You wanna know why there's so much bad blood between Hinata and Sakura fans? Because of stories like this. I like both of them and was happy they both got a happy ending. This story of yours takes away the struggles these characters endured to flourish and become some of the most well known fictional characters, turns their relationships all around just because you don't like one character.

You outright told readers that are Sakura fans not to read it in chapter 6. How in the everlasting hell is it not a bash story when you twisted a schoolgirl crush into a full blown psychotic obsession. Not even Sasuke under the influence of the mark did permanent damage like that and Sakura rips off Ino's arm? The Chunin Exams were crucial to Sakura's character to show she'd finally started to becoming a warrior and so far all I've seen is a twisted hateful little bitch that had every one of her negative qualities amplified while her good ones are ignored and turned into a punching bag for you and your co-writer. Any good traits she had later on in the series have been split between Hinata and Satsuki. Because the way you've written her at this point, she doesn't have a hope for redemption at all if that monstrous version of her is anything to go by. You tarnished the relationship she had with Ino, someone that pushed her to be her best because she saw that Sakura had potential.
"How could this happen to me?! I was supposed to be the new Mrs. Uchiha, the powerful wife to THE Sasuke Uchiha! And I find out that 'he' is really a she. What's worse is that bitch is in love with that demon baka!" She then grinned darkly, similar to a certain snake. "When the time comes, I'll get my revenge of the demon and his two whores, they will bow to me once I am done with them! I swear it!"
