The Winton mk.3 was made during the "Twilight End" or final years of Altos. Mathos Winton realized that keeping his success a secret would no longer benefit his well being once the new Chaos threat would murder the Altos sector. Master Fabricator Winton would transmit all data, materials, and instructions to produce each of the factories of Winton to make the Turbo munition for all guns. While the new munitions were enough to hold the never been seen "Chaos Marines" and daemons on Planet Tenebris, Mathos Winton decided that man should have a weapon to combat all evils to their equal. With consideration this would be Mathos Winton's last success when alive.

Trenches were made, the gun had bipods for leveled stability. Enemies were seen for more a kilometer, a scope and a mount for long distance accuracy. A betrayer in the midst, a bayonet to silence him in the back.

The rifle would also be in the hands of Lewis Allen's rebellion or "Lumina in Tenebris", A renegade faction that challenged the splinters of the "Black Legion" that were lost to one of their crusades out of amusement for the Chaos gods.

After the whole world of Tenebris were banished in the warp before Altos star exploded, what remained as the Winton Mk.3 would be used by the cult warriors of Badb, but not with the Turbo munitions.
