Description
Fate, as with all Overseers, was created by one of the two Origins. Being a creation domain entity, it's pretty clear who exactly created them, that being Creation.

Creation made Fate to fill a void. Destruction had created a truly powerful entity, Chance, who could change things with just a thought on a whim, with seemingly no and all control of this power at the same time. Chance was necessary to give a life to the realities, but was too uncontrollable, pure chaotic energy spreading and corrupting realities. In response, creation made Fate, an entity able to rein in Chance. Even if they did not control Chance, Fate could guide them, and prevent the destruction of the realities, bringing Order to the Chaos. Another subtle balance between Creation and Destruction was formed.
