^^ They didn't trace this. If you overlap the pictures, they are different. They drew it using a reference and edited it which isn't against DA policies. As long as more than half the actual image is edited, it is ok. You favorite bases where the people who made the bases did not have permission to use them and give freely to other people. Some of the bases are traced. I think the only reason you are saying that is because they took a scene with Hinata and Naruto and replaced Hinata with Sakura. ^^
