In this timeline the Americans and Allies decided to lump Austria in the newly created German Federal Republic and make Vienna it's capital just to make sure the soviets don't create anymore puppet states, Also The soviets and allies allow East Germany to Keep parts of Silesia (Poland obviously slightly annoyed ) and East Prussia becomes it's own country under guidance of East Germany ( which often occupies it) and The USSR ( Also in this timeline Stalin died in 1947 lol ).
