so yes the real story of derpy ,or so what i herd, is that the animation crew accidently showed a background character that had a grey coat and a blonde mane. then given the fan name derpy. so as that people started to adore her apparently Lauren noticed that so in a season2 episode they showed derpy helping rainbow dash repair the town hall.also with that rainbow dash called her by her fan given name,derpy hooves, well really derpy. anyhow when parents saw this they got furious. especially with the name derpy and the cross-eyed look they had this in mind that they were making fun of the people with brain damage. really! i mean if you think about it spongebob and patrick and marked as restarted and no one says anything about that right? and to tell you the truth she is unique and special ,in the good way, to viewers and she's repeatable to the people like that. so to all of you to find that offensive take that!
