Training style: Train pokemon hard with frequent breaks so that they don't exhaust, most of the time she pics places near water access so that during breaks her pokemon can care for themselves. Very concious on HP levels, observes them often on tries her best to keep it high so that nothing horriable happens(she is scared to death she will lose someone)

virtues: Very caring(though sometimes it is tough to see) strong emotionally and physically(not superhumanly strong but is stronger than Leon, often beats people in arm wrestles, hilarity ensues) headstrong and brave and nurturing to those she feels needs it(ex: Leon, young pokemon and those small and young like children) motherly and righteous and very anti-crime

vices: tends to lash out easily, short temper and trust issues(not with pokemon, just people) when she gets angry, she doesn't acknowledge she is in the wrong or notices that she is even angry and cannot control it.
