Description
As you can see, I changed just a bit from the original. There’s a background now, Evan and Heidi look less like sticks, I changed both of Evan’s expressions to look more despondent (in the Act 1 side) and annoyed/angry (in the Act 2 side) and also changed the dialogue in the Act 2 side.

When I first drew this I knew basically nothing about the musical just the soundtrack but now since I’ve seen the musical, I made these changes in the redraw
