Oscar and Ulla’s chests rose and fell as they tried to recover as much as they could- the match taking a toll on the both of them as they tried their best to push themselves up and keep on fighting. It was anyone’s guess what could happen next… would the fight even continue? Or was it going to result in a draw? Before the ref could check, Oscar sucked in some air and raised his foot into the air, and brought it down for a stomp. These weren’t random frustrated kicks but rather Oscar trying to get a rhythm going himself- listening to the crowd as they cheered, clapped along, and rejuvenated the young lion as he became the first to rise!

Knowing that he lacked the stamina to lock in and hold any more submissions, Oscar opted to try and end the match with a little help from his best friend's gravity. The redheaded rookie scooped Ulla off the ground and held her up so she rested on his shoulders, looking like he was setting up for a powerbomb that could put Ulla away for the match! But… the impact never came as Oscar was still quite weak in the knees; it looked like Ulla’s previous kicks did something after all! The Barbarian’s now bruising legs trembled as he tried to keep his balance and stumbled backward toward the ropes- something that Ulla absolutely took advantage of! The Harpy took advantage of the situation- clamping her legs on Oscar’s head, leaning back, and throwing the giant rookie in a huricanara right out of the ring!

Except… Oscar didn’t actually let go of Ulla when she went to throw him so both wrestlers wound up falling out of the room- with Ulla drawing the short metaphorical straw as Oscar landed right on TOP of her! Now there was a new factor to consider in the match as the count for the ring out was climbing for both wrestlers… pulling themselves together, both Oscar and Ulla would try to stand but find they were too exhausted to even do that. With the count rising to five, Ulla would start fighting through the pain she was in and push herself onto her tummy and crawl on all fours towards the ring while Oscar dragged himself across the arena floor as the two started racing to see who could get back in. Fans were sitting on the edge of their seats and biting their nails, screaming, and cheering the awesome display of heart from both fighters as they went closer to the ring and the count-out rose… but in the end, Oscar would barely manage to pull himself into the ring at the count of eight while Ulla’s arms would tremble and fail her, causing her to collapse to the ground as the count hit ten! With that- Oscar was helped to his feet and was declared the winner! The young lion was BEYOND overjoyed that he managed to win the match, tears falling from his eyes as his hand was raised and waved to the crowd!

Crushed that she couldn’t beat the disqualification count, Ulla fell back and lay on her back in dismay. She huffed and took deep breaths to help control herself and control her raw emotions. Thankfully the fans weren’t giving her a hard time in the front row and cheering her on for her debut performance in LAW… But to Ulla, putting on a true show and entertaining the fans is what she cared for most in her career. Letting the fans down is the Harpy’s biggest fear. Which in this case, Ulla felt like she did. She could’ve done so much more. Maybe give more extreme moves that could’ve picked up the win somehow, but she couldn’t pull through till the end. Her body gave out on her. The damage she sustained throughout the match was just too much.

As Ulla lay on the outside mats, she felt waves of emotions while catching her breath. The Brazilian fighter was trying her best not to cry. She knew she could’ve done better and put on a better performance for the fans. While fighting these inner conflicts, Ulla would hear a familiar voice calling out to her.

“Come on! There’s no way you’re staying down there after a match like that! Here- want a hand?”

Ulla would look up at Oscar and see his expression, he was smiling and she could even see some tears in his eyes. She knew this was one of the most major wins in this young combatant’s career and instead of being boastful and celebrating with fans- he chose to help her. True sportsmanship at its finest. Not wanting to ruin his moment and give her foe his respect, Ulla with a smile took his hand and allowed him to help her back in the ring. After taking a moment or two to make sure Ulla could steady herself, Oscar took a mic from the ref and raised Ulla’s hand into the air, grinning from ear to ear as he sang Ulla’s praises to the audience in a heartwarming display- talking about how amazing Ulla was and how honored he felt to have put on an astonishing show for all the wonderful people in the crowd, putting an utterly flattered smile on Ulla’s face as she blew some kisses to the audience!

When he was finished, Oscar would go as far as to help Ulla up the ramp and in the back where backstage reports say that the young man really rolled out the red carpet for her in terms of hospitality. Painkillers, ice packs, sports drinks that replenish electrolytes, you name it. Oscar took as many chances to tend to Ulla despite his own struggles to even stand and practically treated her like royalty. It seemed that the two sat and chatted for some time while they both rested, being friendly with each other until Oscar brought up Leviathan. It turned out that Oscar was a HUGE fan of Leviathan- having watched them almost since the beginning with a few of its roster members being personal idols that inspired him to take up a career in wrestling including Ulla herself and the boisterous bumblebee, Effie Rook. Eventually, though, the time for Ulla to call it a night and prepare for her next flight had come and she had to bid Oscar goodbye, but not before putting his name down as a recommendation for the higher-ups.

The match may have not gone the way Ulla had hoped, but she made a new friend from the encounter and help add a new rookie with plenty of potentials to the Leviathan roster as well! With Oscar making waves in Leviathan now some may be wondering: will a rematch between the two on Leviathan soil be inevitable? All we can say, faithful watchers, is to stay tuned~.
