So I was I Québec recently and we went to Montmorency where it had a really interesting story behind it. So there was this really happy couple and they ran away and got married on the bridge of this waterfall. They are living happy for a short time, then the husband was asked to go to war. Long story short, he dies in action and the woman is heartbroken and for a while she was building it up internally. One night she goes crazy and puts her wedding dress on and flails herself off the side and dies instantly from a broken neck and other casualties. Now , every full moon, you can see her, crying on the bridge in her wedding gown.
Pretty creepy eh? Anyways I'm not good at telling stories so you can google it for yourself.
