Something doesn't look right to my eye about the arm...
I can't really place it but I think that it is either stretched long, or disproportional to the other arm.
Then again maybe it's simply my eye playing tricks on me.

How do you achieve this non-digital-made effect? Or rather, how do you achieve this mixture of copic marker & water color-ish finish?
