Besides, who khows uif Tooti hasn t a part on relieving her sister s troubles... ?
I do not thing she is the type who would blame her sister forever
And Vicky HAS issues, as you said, that Tootie doesnt indeed - actually, I rather prefer to pray for those kind of things( real life is negative and HARD to endure completely alone enough ), than anything else...

Maybe( since such scenes would be only 16 years after the actual series - so, Vicky would be 32 )she already surpassed that...

I mean( considering her behaviour ), she was so very unsecure, with all that greed( like it could give her all the satisfaction she´d ever want, but hadn´t yet )and money-money lust, with some self-loathign from time to time( I guess when it was too much for endure, or try to hide ), and the abusive behaviour towards Tootie and other kids - everything maksed under such layers and layers of cynicism - sincerely, I´d hope she´d surpassed it for her own Good.

Actually, I "feel" Vicky character as pretty much like Terrance( from FHIF ); I can´t approve what they do, but try to understand their reasons - both act immaturely, but that doesn´t make of them evil things( also, because I know real people just like that ); in fact, I´d wish better things to them.

Well, in other words, she just matured....
