Love it! Not only is it an impressive cityscape, but the mood is really strong as well- in the background, you have this warm beautiful city(with some great contrast with the blue rooves), that generally just seems like a nice and prosperous place, while in the front, a number of intimidating, almost grotesque characters, contrasting with the warm and welcoming mood of the rest of the piece. THen there's the rows of hooded figures riding along, further feeding one's curiousity as to what story there might be behind the place.
