maybe you forgot that she has a huge strength ^^ tsunade was able to make some damage to madara's susanoo by herself and hashirama said that sakura's strength can overpassed tsunade's strength, kakashi said the same tso I think if sakura fight serioulsy sasuke his susanoo won't be OP against her it will protect him from the death but his susanoo will have some serious damage if she hit it with all her strength
