initial reaction ^^
on a more serious note: The way her hair is sorta, (frazzled? flailed?) makes for a nice 'blend' effect, if that makes sense. The blurring in the background makes the whole picture seem much more surreal, which adds a lot to the entire picture. The red bow has a nice touch, as well does the scarf, but the jacket seems to have around 3-4 layers, which is a bit too busy and distracting in my opinion.
Of course, a beautiful face in any picture doesn't hurt
on a more cheesy note: "Someone needs to call god, cause' i think i found a missing angel...." and, "did it hurt?..... when you fell from heaven?..."
