Description
He is Tatsuya Tokimura (時村達也, Tokimura Tatsuya), also known as Time Track (タイムトラック, Taimu Torakku). A scientist originary from the year 20XX which created the first time machine in the history after discovering a mysterious substance which makes possible travelling through time after experimenting it with a regular car. However, saddly, his own assistant, the Dr. Scythe betrayed him, and stole his knowledges for creating a time machine; he was actually part of a sinister organization known as Hollow, which aims to cause sinister crisis in the past for taking over the world. So, after escaping from his laboratory, he decided to pursue him and the Hollow. For that, aside creating a second time machine, he developed a special combat suit for fighting against the Hollow, becoming the time warrior known as Time Track. Now, he's determined to travel throught different ages of the History, and defeat the monsters created by Hollow. In his road, he manages to save also 5 orphan children which were kidnapped by their special abilities, and almost submitted to the cruel experiments of Hollow. Since then, he also manages to prepare the kids for controlling their powers, while he also fixes the paradoxes caused by Hollow.

Details:
-For his premise, I was inspired by Herbert George Wells' The Time Machine, aside Doctor Who
-His name comes from Tatsuya Asami, character from Mirai Sentai TimeRanger (represented obviously by Wes Collins)
-The kanji 時 means "time", ideal for his time travelling motif
-The premise of the kids is inspired by the films Miss Peregrine's Home For Peculiar Children (2016; directed by Tim Burton)
-He also encounters himself sometimes with Kamen Rider Decade, the Time Force Rangers, Kamen Rider Zi-O, and Princess V
-He's also a member of the League of Extraordinary Gentlemen
