Shellos is, by the way, one of the most cutest pokemon there is. 
Katsuro and Toru seem to be a little jealous of the attention shellos get.

Sorry. But I don't have any site (If I understanded that right) I only draw pictures to put here. And believe me, some years ago I couldn't draw well (still can't by my opinion.) But I practised soooo much and drawed even stupid looking comics so my skills would improve.
So I'm saying, don't give up, anyone can learn drawing good, it will only take lots of patience and patiencee. Choose a style you like and for start, try to copy it. You will get better and find your own personal style eventually.
